Our Methods of Shipping
We do shipping via FedEx. The modes of shipping we follow are shipping via FedEx priority overnight, international priority, two day saver, USPS. We understand the customer’s situation that’s why we came up with these different shipping methods. Customer can choose the desired shipping method for their purchased item. Please consider that we only ship your order once it has got an approval from the quality team. Engagement rings shipping will take two to three weeks, depending on the manufacture schedule of the item(s).

All deliveries are working on schedule. However, there may be small delays occurred due to local regulations. We are committed to timely delivery for your order. However, slight delivery delays may happen due to bad weather conditions, carrier delays or provided shipping addresses are incorrect, while these are beyond our control. We remind you that amount of the chargeable shipping’s are non-refundable. A substitute shipping method may be used when deemed apt to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the unusual or rare circumstance that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report us within 5 days of getting your item’s tracking number. Due to insurance reasons we cannot switch the routes of packages once they are shipped from us. Conditions for Order Payments
Once the payments are done they will be automatically converted into USD on your credit card. The product price will be displayed in your local currency. If order is placed via credit card, on the last checkout page, you will be able to notice the charged amount to your account in USD.
We also accept payments via Wire transfer. For wire transfers once the payment is received, we will process your order for shipment.
Once your order or purchased item has shipped, you will get a confirmation email from us; this email allows you to track your order.
Please note that the customs office is certified for the opening and scrutiny of international shipments for destination countries. Furthermore, if required we are legally responsible to provide your order information, shipment and products contained in that.
If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.
